Perched above The Perch Design Studio near Findlay Market, The Perch Annex brings together an open-air rooftop, a connected indoor gathering area and an on-site restroom. The garage-style door opens between the interior and exterior spaces, creating a flexible backdrop for meaningful gatherings.

The space is being considered for intimate gatherings of approximately 20–25 guests. This is an estimated event size, not a verified legal occupancy. Venue availability, accessibility, permitted uses and amenities are subject to confirmation with the property owner.

We’re developing flexible rental options with the property owner. The following introductory rental rates are proposed for gatherings of approximately 20–25 guests. All pricing and terms are subject to property-owner approval.

SHORTER GATHERINGS

Half-Day Rental

Four hours of venue use at the proposed hourly rate.

$600 · 4 hours

MORE TIME TO CELEBRATE

Full-Day Rental

Eight hours of venue use for a longer celebration or gathering, subject to availability.

$1,200 · 8 hours

A CUSTOM EXPERIENCE

Custom Event Rental

Choose four to eight hours in the test calendar below.

$150 · per additional hour

Proposed additional charges: $125 cleaning fee and $300 refundable damage deposit. Rates exclude any applicable taxes and separately arranged services. Setup, cleanup, weather contingencies and other terms will be confirmed before a reservation is accepted. Guest count of 20–25 is an estimate, not an approved occupancy limit; legal capacity and permitted event uses must be verified. The test calendar below does not reserve dates or show real-time availability.
